END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) - For Webfonts

This Webfonts End User License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "EULA") is a legal contract between RNS Fonts (hereinafter referred to as "Licensor") and the end user (hereinafter referred to as "Licensee") for the use of the webfonts (hereinafter referred to as the "Webfonts") provided by the Licensor. By integrating, embedding, or otherwise using the Webfonts on websites or web applications, the Licensee agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in this EULA.

1. License Grant:

The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to use the Webfonts on websites and web applications owned or controlled by the Licensee. This license allows the Licensee to use the Webfonts on an unlimited number of websites and web applications.

2. Webfont Usage:

The Licensee may integrate and display the Webfonts on their websites or web applications, allowing users to view and interact with the content. The Licensee may not modify, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise alter the Webfonts.

3. Webfont Delivery:

The Licensee may not provide direct access to the Webfont files for downloading or redistributing by users. The Webfonts should be embedded using methods that prevent unauthorized downloading or redistribution.

4. Intellectual Property:

The Licensor retains all intellectual property rights, including copyright and trademarks, in the Webfonts. The Licensee acknowledges that this EULA does not grant any ownership rights in the Webfonts, except for the rights of use expressly granted herein.

5. Warranty:

The Webfonts are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The Licensor does not warrant that the Webfonts are error-free or will operate uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability:

The Licensor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Webfonts.

7. Term and Termination:

This EULA is valid until terminated. The Licensor may terminate this license if the Licensee breaches any of the terms herein. Upon termination, the Licensee must remove the Webfonts from all websites and web applications.

8. Applicable Law:

This EULA shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Argentina. Any dispute arising in connection with this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

By integrating, embedding, or using the Webfonts, the Licensee agrees to be legally bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Webfonts.
